Katie had to be away for that weekend.

I thought very hard about going on my own, but it would have meant at least 3 different buses to get there from my home on the Saturday, 2 nights in a hotel (as buses are almost non-existent on Sundays) then 3 buses to get home again.

Would love to have gone, but couldn't really face the hassle for what was only a 35 mile trip if I'd driven there, but Katie had our shared car.

PS Was the theatre fairly full Jan?

I forgot to say, only a couple of weeks ago we had a weeks holiday in Paignton in a seafront hotel, only a short walk from the Palace Theatre. Pity Rob wasn't on that week:-(

Yes there was a good turnout Alan. I think the theatre was almost full so they had done their advertising well

It was a great show but of course Rob stole it for me and guess what I got another rose

I am going to have to get a bigger vase to put them all in

Rob get better and better and would love him to be the starring act so that we could have a longer session of hearing him sing

Thanks Jan, it was a nice suprise to see you and Mike in the front row and what a great turnout we had, I would love to do more but it's not my show so I have to stick to my allotted time, we are working and trying to improve it all the time. the show was videod so I will try and put some on youtube soon.
