I'm struggling to keep up the PACE Friday/Sunday Sunnyside, Sunday at my Sons for Dinner and yesterday an early train to London to Harley St. for my eyes - made the most of going to London though, took my sister with me as it was her Birthday yesterday, walked the shops for hours, had a ride in a rickshaw (brilliant laugh) - a nice meal then off to see 'GHOST the Musical, got home at 12.30 this morning - SHATTERED

Not pull Moya, pedal!! Alan make sure you shoe LACE near the chain is tied tight so it doesn't get caught up
